Starters, mains, grills, drinks, desserts: change the daily menu in a minute and it's up to date everywhere. The customer picks takeaway, delivery or dine-in; the pickup slot is calculated from your kitchen's pace.
One QR code per table. The customer scans, the menu opens already set to “Table 4”, they order and pay without waiting for a server. The kitchen gets the table number on the ticket.
From WhatsApp, the team or the AI agent sends the booking link. The customer picks the date, time and party size; you confirm, or the table confirms itself based on your rules. Automatic reminder the day before.
During the rush, the agent replies in seconds: it suggests today's options, builds the requested cart and sends the pre-filled checkout. It never places an order on the customer's behalf; it hands over to the team as soon as it's unsure, in the same inbox as WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
A tablet or a screen is all it takes: new, in preparation, ready. One tap changes the status and notifies the customer on WhatsApp. Table number, time slot and options are on the ticket.
The customer pays from the summary, with MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money or PayPal, or settles at pickup. The order switches to “Paid” and goes to the kitchen; no more dishes cooked for nothing.
